Please contact the School Office (in person, by telephone or via email) with the reason for your child's absence so that their attendance can be recorded accurately.
If your child has suffered from sickness/diarrhoea they should remain at home until 48 hours AFTER the last episode of either.
Gloucestershire County Council, in line with its new Public Health responsibilities, has launched an MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella) catch-up campaign to encourage vaccination uptake in Gloucestershire school children. Since October 2012 there has been 96 confirmed measles cases compared to five in 2011. Children aged 10-16 years old who have not been vaccinated or have only received one dose of the vaccination should book an appointment with their GP today. For more information measles poster.
